I missed joining Outreach Programs as one of my "SHOULD DO" task yearly specially during Christmas.
It should be at least one (1) or better to have more activities that I aimed every year.
Gift givings to my selected organization and for kids who would visit us every Christmas day, is also part of my birthday activities. Yes, it is my birthday on Christmas day :)
What made me pause for doin this activity is maybe because of my financial uncapability.
Few days before Christmas day of year 2014, I was wonderin how and when could I at least share something to them or to less fortunate people. I was thinkin of sharing even my time. Not knowing that this year, a different kind of Sharing would happen. And as I realize, it happened within our family.
Spirit of Christmas was felt unconciously.
It happened when my brother Albert was rushed to an emergency few days before Christmas, and that he need to undergo a surgery. Many things happened with difficulties concerning specially with finances. And we almost celebrated Christmas Day in the Hospital.
Maybe, there's a reason why God didnt allow it to happen. And that HE wants us to see the GIFT of FAMILY, the GIFT of LOVE, the GIFT of SHARING.
Thou Albert is still in pain, and had temporary relief while processing his clearance before surgery, we were able to celebrate Christmas Day and New Years together, with his family.
It dosent matter how big you could share, it's the thought that counts.
That GIFT was receive and shared within our family. And it is because of the help that received from our kins. Albert is doin his 2D ECHO request for the Doctors have seen an enlargement of his heart.
At this moment, we are still hoping that we could surpass this trials specially Albert's family.
And to share you some of the photos of food that we shared last Christmas Eve and New Years Eve, here they are :)
